Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Head IT role located in Chennai. The Head IT will oversee the company’s technology strategy, ensuring efficient and secure IT operations. Responsibilities include managing IT infrastructure, implementing technology solutions, driving digital transformation initiatives, developing IT policies, and ensuring compliance. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to align IT goals with business objectives and leading a team to deliver exceptional technical support.
Qualifications
- IT Infrastructure Management, Networking, and System Administration skills
- Proficiency in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, and IT Governance
- Experience in implementing Digital Transformation and Cloud Computing solutions
- Strong Project Management and Leadership skills
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Database Management, and ERP Solutions
- Exceptional Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Strategic Thinking abilities
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in a corporate environment
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and a strong vision for leveraging them to meet business needs
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
