- Drive due diligence processes across fundraising, strategic partnerships, and potential M&A transactions.
- Support valuation analysis and investment decision-making through robust financial modeling.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support governance processes, including investor reporting and shareholder communications.
A successful Head - Investor Relations should have:Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
Experience
- 4-6 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital, preferably within a high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading equity and venture debt fundraising processes, including investor engagement, due diligence, and board-level reporting.
- Strong exposure to financial, tax, and legal due diligence, ideally within VC/PE-backed organizations.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis.
- Familiarity with IPO readiness and public markets is a strong advantage.
