About the Role -
We are looking for a Senior Investment Product Specialist who lives and breathes HNI investment products. This is not a pure relationship management role — we need someone who combines deep product knowledge with the ability to construct, recommend, and manage complex investment solutions for HNI and Ultra-HNI clients.
You will be the go-to expert on products like PMS, AIFs, Structured Products, Pre-IPO opportunities, and multi-asset strategies. Your job is to evaluate products, build conviction, match them to client portfolios based on risk profiles and goals, and ensure every recommendation is backed by rigorous analysis. You will work closely with our wealth managers and AI-driven platform to deliver institutional-grade investment solutions to our HNI clients.
What You'll Bring -
Investment Product Expertise
• 8+ years of experience as an Investment Product Specialist, Portfolio Advisor, or Private Banker with deep focus on HNI products.
• Expert-level knowledge of PMS, AIFs (Category I, II, III), Structured Products, Pre-IPO deals, Private Equity, and Venture Debt.
• Strong understanding of product structures, fee models, lock-in periods, risk-return profiles, and regulatory frameworks (SEBI guidelines).
• Ability to evaluate and conduct due diligence on fund managers, AMCs, and alternative investment opportunities.
• Track record of recommending the right product-portfolio fit based on client risk profiles, liquidity needs, and wealth goals.
Portfolio Construction & Asset Allocation
• Hands-on experience in multi-asset portfolio construction across Equities, Fixed Income, Alternatives, and Gold.
• Ability to review existing client portfolios, identify structural gaps, and recommend rebalancing strategies.
• Strong understanding of market cycles, sectoral trends, and macro-economic factors that impact product performance.
• Experience building model portfolios or investment frameworks that can scale across a client base.
Client Advisory & Communication
• Proven ability to explain complex investment products to HNI clients in a clear, conviction-driven manner.
• Experience conducting product presentations, investment committee discussions, and one-on-one client advisory sessions.
• Ability to work alongside wealth managers, equipping them with product insights and pitch materials for client conversations.
• Strong track record of driving AUM growth through product recommendations and cross-selling.
Qualifications -
• Relevant certifications: NISM-Series-XXI-A (PMS Distributors), NISM-Series-XIX-A (AIF), CFA (preferred), or equivalent.
• MBA/PGDM in Finance from a reputed institution.
• Bonus: Experience working with digital wealth platforms or AI-driven advisory tools.
What the Work Looks Like -
Product Evaluation & Curation
• Evaluate and shortlist PMS, AIF, and structured product opportunities through rigorous due diligence on fund managers, strategies, and track records.
• Build and maintain a curated product shelf that meets the diverse needs of Stack Wealth's HNI client base.
• Stay ahead of market trends to identify emerging product opportunities (e.g., new AIF launches, thematic PMS strategies, pre-IPO deals).
Portfolio Advisory & Recommendations
• Work with wealth managers to map the right products to client portfolios based on risk appetite, time horizon, and financial goals.
• Conduct portfolio reviews and recommend product switches, rebalancing, or new allocations as market conditions evolve.
• Design model portfolios for different HNI segments (e.g., conservative, balanced, aggressive, generational wealth).
Enablement & Collaboration
• Equip the wealth management team with product knowledge, comparison frameworks, and client-ready materials.
• Collaborate with Stack Wealth's product and technology teams to integrate product insights into our AI advisory platform.
• Represent Stack Wealth in conversations with fund houses, AMCs, and product manufacturers to negotiate terms and access exclusive opportunities.
