Head Intelligence & Security Automation - Alumina Business

- Location: Lanjigarh, Kalahandi, Odisha

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and Conduct security Risk Assessment in alignment with the Site Security Plan (SSP) to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risk.
- Identify security Operational Requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define site-specific needs.
- Prepare and Manage Budgets for both Capex and Opex, ensuring effective planning and utilization of resources with validation from CSO.
- Drive Capex Projects from initiation through to successful implementation, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Capture the physical security processes at various sites and prepare process manuals & SOPs.
- Improve the security process and develop the infrastructure for security function.
- Critically evaluate the performance of all security technology & automation deployments at existing (operational) facilities and support in conducting Risk analysis and proposing counter measures to the Chief Security Officer
- Responsible for implementation of all security processes pertaining to Automation systems in coordination with Security operation Head.
- Defining, preparing, disseminating & implementing the process related to Security Automation systems.
- Defining the SLA‟s for maintenance of automation equipment’s in coordination with IT and cross functional team as per applicability.
- Receiving & analysing the Reports & returns from the installed system to
Ensure operational continuity
Ensure Security of the installed system
Ensure proper command & control over the existing equipment’s
- Conducting Audits from time to time to ensure the correct implementation of the systems on ground
- Responsible for extension of the existing system at new locations
Site Surveys
Feasibility Study
BOQ (Bill Of Quantity) Finalization
IT & Commercial interface
Approval process & Implementation of the project in coordination with internal & external customers.
Testing of installed equipment
Handing / Taking over of the system from the vendor
Qualification & Experience:
9-15 years of relevant experience. Ex-Defense profiles are welcome.
