Our client in Kochi it looking for Head HR
1. Primary:Strategic HR Partnership•Collaborate with departmental leaders to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.•Act as a trusted advisor to management on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, organizational design, and employee relations.Recruitment Talent Acquisition•Lead manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment processes.Ensure timely hiring of qualified talent to meet business needs.Performance ManagementDrive the performance appraisal framework.Implement initiatives for performance improvement and career development.Learning Development:Oversee the training functions and ensure the daily/weekly/monthly program are in order and facilitate and guide the training team a s per the business objective and goals to deliver theright training program for the betterment of employees and the business unit.
2. Secondary:HR Business Development PlanningIdentify HR initiatives that drive business growth and organizational effectiveness.Monitor market trends and analyze competitor HR strategies to stay competitive.EmployeeEngagementDesign and implement programs to boost employee motivation, satisfaction, and productivity.3. HR MIS ReportingOversee the preparation and analysis of HR reports, dashboards, and key metrics.Ensure the timely and accurate submission of HR data for management review.
Qualification Experience:
Qualification:Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • HR Technology AutomationFamiliarity with modern HRMS/HRIS platformsKnowledge of leveraging automation tools for streamlining HR operations
Experience:12–18 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
