Job Description
15–22+ years in digital operations, pre-sales, solutions, CX transformation.
Strong exposure to U.S. Healthcare Payer ecosystem
Experience in large digital-led transformation deals ($10M–$50M+)
Background in Omnichannel CX, Contact Centre Transformation, Back-office Automation
Exposure to GenAI / AI-driven automation / Workflow digitization
Cross-industry leaders from Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, Telecom, Travel, Tech, GCCs
Experience engaging CIO / CDO / COO / CXO-level stakeholders
Proven ownership of end-to-end pursuit lifecycle
Responsibilities
Proven track record of leading and winning large digital transformation pursuits ($10M+), specifically within U.S. health plans.
Strong experience architecting AI-led, automation-driven, and omnichannel CX solutions tailored to payer workflows.
Demonstrated ability to build outcome-based commercial models aligned to payer KPIs (Claims TAT, Accuracy, NPS, AHT, Cost-to-Serve).
Direct engagement experience with U.S. payer CXOs (CIO, COO, CDO, Ops Heads) in advisory and transformation discussions.
Hands-on understanding of U.S. payer technology ecosystem and regulatory landscape, ensuring compliant and scalable solution design.
