We’re Hiring | Head – Group Service | Star Group
Star Group is looking for an experienced Head – Group Service to lead and strengthen after-sales performance across our automotive businesses and locations.
This is a Group-level leadership role with ownership of service operations, profitability, productivity, customer retention, OEM relationships, and workshop transformation.
📍 Location: Bhopal
🎯 Experience: 15–20+ years
🎓 Qualification: Engineering Graduate preferred
🏢 Reporting: Director’s Office
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Service & Spares Heads across all locations
• Drive service revenue, profitability and CSI
• Improve bay productivity, labour revenue and value-added services
• Strengthen customer retention and workshop performance
• Own OEM relationships, audits and compliance
• Drive digitalisation, MIS and data-led workshop management
• Establish strong performance reviews and operating discipline across the Group
