Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Graphic Designer based in Odisha, India. The Head Graphic Designer will oversee the creation of visually compelling graphics, lead the design team, and guide the development of brand identities. The role involves conceptualizing and designing logos, working with typography, and implementing creative design strategies to align with client goals. The selected candidate will also ensure the maintenance of high creative standards and quality in all design projects.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design
- Proficiency in creating and refining Branding solutions and visual identities
- Strong skills in Typography and layout design
- Proven leadership abilities to manage and mentor a creative team effectively
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant experience in digital marketing or creative agencies is a plus
