Role : Head - Global Delivery Management
Overview
The role will be responsible for driving secure-by-design product practices and managing projects handled by the project delivery team.
The resource will work closely with the Product Engineering and Cloud Engineering teams to ensure that security is embedded across the product lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, cloud hosting, and production operations. The role will also ensure structured project planning, execution tracking, risk management, and timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive secure-by-design product practices across application design, development, testing, deployment, and cloud hosting.
- Work with Product Engineering and Cloud Engineering teams to review product architecture, application security controls, deployment design, access control, data security, and cloud security requirements.
- Ensure security requirements are built into the product lifecycle from design stage to production operations.
- Coordinate security reviews, vulnerability assessments, cloud security checks, and closure of identified security observations.
- Manage and govern customer projects handled by the project delivery team.
- Prepare and track project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations.
- Ensure smooth onsite / remote project execution, customer coordination, UAT readiness, deployment readiness, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely project execution and deliveries.
- Maintain project plans, risk registers, action trackers, security closure reports, deployment checklists, and status reports.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, delivery risks, security readiness, and open dependencies.
Required Experience
- 6 –15 years of experience in product security, application security, project management, enterprise application delivery, cloud implementation, or secure software delivery.
- Experience in managing technology projects and enterprise software / SaaS implementations.
- Experience working with Product Engineering and Cloud Engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of secure product design, application security, cloud security, access control, vulnerability management, and deployment readiness.
- Experience in managing projects executed by implementation, project services, or project support teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, AWS / Azure / GCP, CISSP, CCSP, CEH, or application security-related certifications will be an added advantage.
