Description
- Lead end-to-end shared services operations across finance processes including RTR, P2P, O2C, tax, and treasury
- Oversee financial close processes ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across entities
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives
- Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks
- Partner with finance leadership and business stakeholders to enhance service delivery
- Manage audit processes and ensure strong internal controls
- Build and lead high-performing teams across shared services functions
- Drive scalability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
Profile
Head - Global Capability Center
- A professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
- Experience in the property and building & construction industry is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
