About the Company
VAIFX Digital Private Limited operates as a Hospital Growth Partner, helping doctors and hospitals strengthen their business growth, patient acquisition, digital presence, branding, marketing and business development. The company also works within the International Medical Tourism ecosystem, helping eligible hospitals explore opportunities to attract and serve international patients. We are building a high-performance, field-based healthcare business development team that works directly with doctors, hospital owners, directors and healthcare decision-makers.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Head of Fundraising & Investor Relations to join our team in Gurugram. Working directly with the Founder, you will be the driving force behind our capital-raising strategies, managing the end-to-end fundraising pipeline, and nurturing high-value investor relationships.
If you have a proven track record of securing capital and possess a strong network across the investment ecosystem, this is a high-impact opportunity to shape the financial trajectory of Vaifx.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Fundraising: Drive the complete fundraising cycle—from initial outreach and strategic planning to successful closure.
- Investor Pipeline Management: Actively generate and manage 10–15+ qualified investor meetings every month.
- Executive Pitching: Independently lead and handle Founder-level investor meetings and presentations.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HNIs, Angel Investors, Family Offices, and VC/PE funds.
- Due Diligence: Oversee and meticulously manage the due diligence process to ensure smooth and timely closures.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 10–15+ years of proven, hands-on experience in fundraising, investor relations, or investment banking.
- Strong Network: Established, active relationships with Family Offices, VC/PE funds, HNIs, and Angel Investors.
- Track Record: Actual, verifiable experience in successfully raising capital and closing funding rounds.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to operate effectively at the Founder/Board level.
