Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Franchise Development located in Ranchi. The key responsibilities include developing and executing franchise growth strategies, managing franchise relationships, driving expansion into new territories, and overseeing training and support for franchisees. The role requires evaluating market trends, identifying opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth franchise operations. The candidate will also play a crucial role in achieving organizational goals for scaling franchise operations.
Qualifications
- Candidate from FMCG industry prefered
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, franchise performance, and business opportunities
- Proven experience in Team Management and Team Leadership
- Background in Research and Development (R&D) to improve franchise strategies and offerings
- Expertise in Project Management to ensure seamless execution of franchise initiatives
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Prior experience in franchise development, sales, or retail operations is beneficial
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
