Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Finance & Accounts, located in Kolkata. The Head Finance & Accounts will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role includes preparing detailed financial statements, analyzing data for strategic decision-making, and ensuring efficient financial management. Regular tasks will involve managing budgets, performing financial analysis, and collaborating with leadership to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements
- Advanced Financial Reporting and Budgeting skills
- Exceptional Analytical Skills and knowledge of finance principles
- Ability to collaborate with leadership and manage teams effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA/CPA qualifications preferred)
- Proven experience in a leadership role in finance or accounts
