Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the facility management operations within the Mumbai region
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize facility performance and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations related to facility management
- Oversee the budgeting, financial planning, and cost management for facility operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address facility-related issues and drive continuous improvement
- Provide leadership and guidance to facility management teams, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Identify and implement innovative technologies and best practices to enhance facility operations
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and service providers
- Ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and safety standards
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on facility performance and operational metrics for senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate management, Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- Professional certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM, FMP, SFP)
- Additional certifications in leadership, project management, or related areas (preferred)
- 20-25 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on facility management
- Demonstrated track record of successful leadership and strategic management in facility operations
- Proven experience in overseeing multiple facilities within a region
Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements
