Job Description: Head – Facilities & Administration (IT Services)
Role Summary: The Head of Facilities & Administration will be responsible for managing workplace infrastructure and administrative operations across IT delivery centers, ensuring a secure, compliant, and efficient environment for employees and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee facilities management across multiple IT offices / delivery centers
- Manage office infrastructure including workspaces, data centers support areas, and employee amenities
- Ensure 24/7 facility readiness for IT operations (power backup, HVAC, security, access control)
- Lead vendor management for housekeeping, security, transport, cafeteria, and maintenance services
- Ensure compliance with statutory, health, safety, and IT workplace regulations
- Manage budgets, cost optimization, and procurement processes
- Handle space planning, office expansions, and new facility setup
- Drive employee experience initiatives and workplace improvements
- Implement sustainability, energy efficiency, and green building initiatives
Requirements:
- 12–18 years of experience in Facilities & Administration, preferably in IT/ITES environment
- Experience managing large corporate offices or delivery centers
- Strong knowledge of compliance, safety standards, and vendor management
- Experience in handling multi-location operations
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
