🚨 Hiring: Head – Administration & Facilities
📍 Location: Mumbai
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong experience in Administration, Facilities, Infrastructure, Security, and Compliance Management across Corporate Offices, Manufacturing Plants, and R&D Centres.
Key Highlights of the Role:
✔ Lead end-to-end administration & facility operations across multiple site & locations.
✔ Drive workplace infrastructure, security, transport, utilities & employee services.
✔ Ensure statutory compliance, safety governance & operational excellence.
✔ Manage large-scale vendor operations, contracts & cost optimisation initiatives.
✔ Partner with leadership teams to support business continuity & expansion plans.
What We Are Looking For:
🔹 15+ years of experience in Administration & Facilities Management.
🔹 Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or other regulated industries preferred
🔹 Strong expertise in multi-site operations, compliance, government liaison & vendor management
🔹 Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
