Integra Ventures is seeking a seasoned and visionary professional to lead our EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) vertical for Hospitals and Healthcare Infrastructure projects across India. This leadership role will be responsible for driving project execution excellence, operational efficiency, and business growth in the healthcare infrastructure domain.
📍 Office Location: Gurugram / Kolkata
🧭 Position: Head – EPC (Healthcare Projects)
🌎 Coverage: Pan India
🔹 Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end EPC execution of hospital and healthcare infrastructure projects across India
• Develop project strategies, planning frameworks, and execution roadmaps ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
• Oversee engineering design coordination, procurement management, construction execution, and commissioning of healthcare facilities
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, statutory regulations, safety norms, NABH guidelines, and quality benchmarks
• Manage cross-functional teams including architects, consultants, biomedical teams, contractors, and project managers
• Establish strong relationships with clients, hospital promoters, government bodies, and industry stakeholders
• Monitor project financials including budgeting, cost control, profitability, and risk mitigation
• Identify new business opportunities in healthcare EPC and support business development initiatives
• Build scalable processes, governance mechanisms, and operational frameworks for EPC vertical growth
🔹 Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong leadership and multi-project management capabilities
• Deep understanding of hospital planning, medical infrastructure requirements, and healthcare compliance standards
• Expertise in EPC lifecycle management, contract negotiation, and vendor management
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Financial and commercial acumen with experience managing large project budgets
• Strategic mindset with execution excellence
🔹 Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical); MBA preferred
• 18+ years of experience in EPC/Infrastructure Projects with significant exposure to hospital or healthcare projects
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership or project head role
• Proven track record of delivering large hospital or healthcare infrastructure projects
