We are hiring for an Insurance Broking Company.
Role: Head - Employee Benefits
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by acquiring and managing large and mid-market corporate clients for Employee Benefits solutions.
- Own and expand a defined portfolio/book of business with a strong focus on revenue generation and client retention.
- Lead RFQs, renewals, and commercial negotiations for Employee Benefits programs including GMC, GPA, GTL, and Flexible Benefits.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Finance Leaders, and Risk Managers, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Design customized insurance solutions, manage insurer engagements, and oversee policy structuring and pricing discussions.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Employee Benefits, General Insurance, and Specialty lines.
- Mentor and support Corporate Sales and Account Management teams to drive performance and successful closures.
- Collaborate with insurers, underwriters, placement teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and service delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and product innovations within the Employee Benefits space.
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations, governance standards, and internal compliance processes.
Preferred Candidate:
- 10–15 years of experience in Insurance Broking / Corporate Insurance
- Strong expertise in Employee Benefits (GMC, GPA, GTL)
- Experience handling large corporate accounts and stakeholder management
- Strong business development, negotiation, and leadership skills
