Role Description
This is a full-time Head Empanelment position based on-site in Chennai. The role involves spearheading the planning, execution, and management of empanelment operations across various healthcare networks, insurance providers, and corporate partners. The Head Empanelment will identify growth opportunities, build and maintain partnerships, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and oversee the expansion of the hospital's healthcare network.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of healthcare sector operations, including empanelment processes, healthcare policies, and insurance partnerships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic planning, management, and operational coordination capabilities
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making in a business context
- Leadership qualities and ability to mentor and manage diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or eye care sector, is highly desirable
