Job Description
- Project Estimation & Cost Control
- Lead estimation processes for high-end interior fit-out & Turnkey interior projects.
- Oversee preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Implement cost control measures to ensure profitability.
- Contracts & Claims:
- Manage contractor claims, adjudication, and verification of subcontractor calculations.
- Review and approve contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Supplier & Procurement Coordination:
- Maintain supplier/subcontractor database and oversee material takeoffs for procurement.
- Collaborate with Production and Purchasing teams for smooth project execution.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Estimation team to ensure high performance.
- Establish and review Estimation Policies and Procedures.
- Reporting & Strategic Oversight:
- Provide leadership with insights on cost optimization and project risks.
- Ensure systematic retention of bid documents and technical records.

Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.).
Minimum Job Experience
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Estimation and Quantity Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing high-end commercial or luxury residential projects
