Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Head of Diagnostics to oversee all diagnostic services at Yashoda Hospitals. This is a full-time, on-site position located at Hyderabad. Responsibilities include managing diagnostic operations, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance, supervising technical teams, optimizing workflow and resource allocation, implementing new diagnostic techniques, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve patient outcomes. The role encompasses strategic planning, staff development, and ensuring adherence to best practices across all diagnostic departments.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Diagnostic Operations Management, Quality Assurance, and Compliance
- Proficiency in Laboratory and Radiology processes, including advanced imaging techniques
- Experience in Budget Management and Resource Allocation
- Strong Leadership, Communication, and Team Collaboration skills
- Proven ability to drive innovation and implement cutting-edge medical technologies
- MHA with 10+ years in Diagnostics operations with extensive experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with regulatory and accreditation standards in the healthcare diagnostics industry
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to mentor, train, and oversee multidisciplinary teams
