About BSG HospitalityBSG Hospitality is a leading Goa-based third-party hotel management company. We focus on delivering superior operational results and financial performance for a growing portfolio of hotels and luxury resorts. We are looking for a seasoned, strategic financial leader to take the helm of our corporate finance functions.
The RoleAs the Head – Corporate Finance, you will be the chief financial architect for the corporate office and our entire managed portfolio. This role is designed for a leader who can maintain a "big picture" strategic view while ensuring meticulous financial discipline at the property level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Leadership: Oversee the financial performance of all managed hotels by engaging with, and providing guidance to, the respective Financial Controllers at each property.
- Corporate Governance: Manage the corporate office finance functions, including cash flow management, consolidated reporting, and financial strategy.
- Legal & Compliance: Act as the subject matter expert on legal and statutory compliance. Ensure all properties and the corporate entity adhere to tax laws, labor regulations, and hospitality-specific legal requirements.
- Performance Monitoring: Standardize financial processes across the portfolio to ensure transparency, accuracy, and timely reporting to stakeholders and owners.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide the CEO and board with data-driven insights to support business expansion and operational improvements.
The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a professional who balances technical expertise with the leadership skills necessary to manage a remote and distributed team.
Requirements:
- Professional Qualification: Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Industry Experience: A successful track record in a Corporate Office or Cluster Finance role within the hospitality industry. Experience managing multiple hotel units simultaneously is essential.
- Technical Mastery: Deep, specialized knowledge of legal and compliance frameworks.
- Flexibility: This is a remote role; however, you must be willing and able to travel for both short and long durations to property sites or the Goa headquarters as needed.
