Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end collections and recovery process across loan portfolios focusing on NPA portfolio
- Monitor, analyze, and control delinquency across early, mid, and late-stage buckets.
- Develop and implement effective recovery strategies for Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).
- Drive data-driven collection initiatives using MIS, analytics, and recovery dashboards.
- Leverage technology and digital collection tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the collections and recovery teams to achieve targets.
- Ensure strict compliance with RBI, NBFC, and internal regulatory guidelines across all collection practices.
- Coordinate with legal teams to initiate and manage recovery through legal channels such as SARFAESI, arbitration, and other applicable processes.
- Manage and oversee outsourced collection agencies and recovery vendors, ensuring SLA adherence and ethical practices.
- Balance risk mitigation and recovery goals while maintaining customer-centric and fair collection practices.
