And we’re looking for a Head Coach who wants to build that with us.
Not just someone experienced,
but someone who:
* Thinks deeply about people
* has the right mindset and vibe
* excellent with communication skills and empathy
* Questions the usual way of coaching
* Genuinely cares about fitness,wellness, and doing this right for clients.
You should have:
* 4–5 years of experience in coaching
* A strong interest in fitness & wellness
* strong work ethic
More than skills, we’re hiring for vibe, honesty, and intent.
