Role Description
The Head Coach for EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) Training will lead sessions, train and mentor clients using EMS technology, and guide them to achieve fitness goals. Responsibilities include designing personalized training programs, ensuring proper usage of EMS devices, and monitoring progress. Collaboration with other team members to maintain training quality and safety standards is essential. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and expertise in EMS technology, fitness training techniques, and tailoring exercise programs to individual needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and support clients
- Experience in training, mentoring, and managing teams
- Understanding of health and safety standards in physical fitness training
- Certification in fitness training, physiotherapy, sports science, or related fields is preferred
- Proficiency in building client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Previous experience in EMS equipment usage or a willingness to undergo training for it
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training strategies for diverse client needs
