Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Head Civil Engineer to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. This role involves leading the design and planning of various civil engineering projects while ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. Responsibilities include overseeing project execution, managing stormwater management systems, and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality results. The Head Civil Engineer will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and driving project innovation.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles
- Proven capability in project Planning and execution
- Experience in Stormwater Management systems and solutions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor civil engineers
- Proficiency in relevant engineering and design software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience in construction or infrastructure projects is highly desirable
