Vienna Bakehouse & Kitchen | Koramangala, Bengaluru
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and take our food experience to the next level.

What You’ll Lead
• Overall kitchen production & daily operations
• Breakfast, sandwiches, pasta, pizzas, salads & wholesome bowls
• Menu development, recipe standardization & seasonal specials
• Kitchen team management, training & task allocation
• Food costing, portion control, inventory & wastage management
• Vendor coordination & procurement
• Food safety, hygiene & kitchen SOP compliance
• Maintaining consistent taste, quality, presentation & speed of service
What We’re Looking For
• 10+ years of experience in a senior kitchen role
• Strong experience in cafés, restaurants or premium bakery/café environments
• Good understanding of global café-style cuisine
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Knowledge of costing, inventory & kitchen controls
• Passion for food, consistency and innovation
• Culinary/Hospitality qualification preferred
