Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Head Chef specializing in healthy cuisine. The Head Chef will oversee menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen operations to ensure the delivery of fresh, nutritious, and creatively prepared meals. Key responsibilities include leading and training kitchen staff, maintaining food safety procedures, and innovating new recipes to align with GreeNox's vision. The role involves close collaboration with management to align culinary offerings with the business goals while maintaining a focus on quality and presentation.
Qualifications
- Expertise in preparing and presenting healthy cuisine, with a strong emphasis on fresh, nutritious ingredients.
- Proficiency in menu planning, recipe development, and food cost management to create balanced and creative dishes.
- Experience in leading and training kitchen staff, fostering teamwork, and maintaining high standards of service.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations management to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and kitchen activities effectively.
- Ability to innovate and adapt menu offerings to evolving customer preferences and nutritional trends.
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a restaurant, café, or catering environment is a plus.
- Formal culinary training or equivalent experience in the culinary field is desirable.
