Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Chef based in Nagpur. The Head Chef will lead kitchen operations, develop innovative and high-quality menus, and oversee food preparation. Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, maintaining food safety standards, inventory control, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. The Head Chef will be instrumental in curating a dining experience that harmonizes with our specialty coffee offerings, collaborating closely with the team to deliver excellence.

- Proven culinary skills in recipe development, food preparation, and plating
- Experience in kitchen operations, staff management, and team leadership
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and inventory management
- Creativity in menu planning and a passion for crafting innovative dishes
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Degree or certification in culinary arts or equivalent professional experience
