Role Description
The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen's daily operations, including menu planning, food preparation, team management, and ensuring high-quality culinary standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves training kitchen staff, managing inventory, maintaining hygiene standards, and collaborating with management to design menus aligned with customer preferences and market trends.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Culinary Arts, Food Preparation, and Menu Planning
- Experience in Kitchen Management, Team Leadership, and Staff Training
- Strong knowledge of Food Safety, Hygiene Standards, and Inventory Management
- Creativity in Developing Recipes and Understanding of Diverse Cuisines
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Degree or Certification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management is preferred
