We are hiring a head chef for 23rd Street Pizza, a New York-style pizzeria located in central Bengaluru.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at 23rd Street Pizza in Bengaluru. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, planning and developing menus, managing kitchen staff, ensuring quality and presentation of dishes, and maintaining food safety standards.
Qualifications
- Culinary Arts, Food Preparation, and Menu Planning skills
- Team Management and Leadership skills
- Food Safety and Hygiene knowledge
- Creativity and Innovation in culinary creations
- Experience in a similar role or in upscale dining establishments
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Culinary degree or relevant certification
