Role Purpose:
The Head Channel Sales will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling a high‑performing channel partner ecosystem to drive consistent, high‑quality sales for Total Environment’s residential and mixed‑use projects. The role demands strong leadership, partner strategy, governance, and alignment with the brand’s premium, experience‑driven ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Strategy & Growth
- Define and execute the overall channel sales strategy aligned with business goals and project‑wise sales targets.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture high‑quality channel partners, ensuring geographic and capability coverage across priority markets.
- Drive channel contribution to overall sales volumes while maintaining brand integrity and customer experience excellence.
Partner Relationship Management
- Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with top channel partners, aggregators, and real estate advisory firms.
- Act as the senior‑most escalation point for partner concerns, negotiations, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct regular partner reviews to assess performance, pipeline quality, and conversion efficiency.
Sales Performance & Governance
- Set clear targets, incentive structures, and performance KPIs for channel partners.
- Ensure lead quality, transparency, compliance, and accurate reporting across the channel network.
- Monitor channel ROI, cost of acquisition, and contribution margins.
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a Channel Sales team, including regional channel managers and partner onboarding specialists.
- Coach and mentor the team to develop strong negotiation, relationship management, and consultative selling skills.
- Foster a performance‑driven, ethical, and customer‑centric sales culture.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing on channel campaigns, partner launches, and lead‑generation programs.
- Collaborate with CRM, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding, payouts, and compliance.
- Provide market feedback to leadership on pricing, product design preferences, and competitive intelligence.
Brand & Customer Experience
- Ensure that channel partners fully understand and communicate Total Environment’s design philosophy, product differentiation, and customer promise.
- Enforce brand guidelines and ethical selling practices consistently across all partners.

Education
- MBA / Post‑Graduate degree in Management, Marketing, or Sales (preferred)
Experience
- 12–18+ years of experience in real estate sales, with 7+ years leading channel sales at a senior level
- Proven track record of scaling channel‑led sales for premium or luxury residential projects
- Strong network of channel partners and real estate intermediaries in Bengaluru and other key Indian markets
