Job Description: Head – Channel Sales
Land Development Project | RREALTORSTUDIO
About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Head of Channel Sales to spearhead channel partner network development and drive aggressive plotted land sales for a landmark land development project near Ahmedabad. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives on building ecosystems, not just managing them — a hunter who can architect a partner network from the ground up and convert it into a high-velocity sales engine.
Key Responsibilities
Network Building & Channel Development
- Identify, onboard, and activate channel partners (brokers, real estate agencies, IPC firms, wealth managers, and investment advisors) across Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and key metros and tier-2 cities across India
- Build a structured, tiered channel partner ecosystem — categorizing partners by performance potential and market reach
- Proactively source and engage channel partners from Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Surat, Rajkot, and Vadodara to expand the project's national sales reach
- Design and execute channel partner engagement programs including incentive structures, co-marketing campaigns, and loyalty rewards
- Establish and maintain an active network of 250+ productive channel partners within the first 6 months — with at least 40% sourced from outside Gujarat
Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation
- Own the channel sales revenue target end-to-end — from lead generation through the partner network to booking and closure
- Drive weekly booking velocity through partner-generated leads, site visits, and conversion follow-ups
- Monitor and optimize the channel funnel: partner activation → lead inflow → site visits → conversions → collections
- Develop and enforce a structured sales cadence for partner interactions and reporting
Market Presence & Brand Building
- Position the project as the preferred land investment opportunity among broker communities across Gujarat and pan-India
- Represent the project at real estate expos, broker meets, national property shows, and investment summits across key Indian cities
- Organize and lead channel partner site visits, product presentations, and investor days — including outstation partner familiarization trips to the project site
Team & Operations
- Build and lead a lean channel sales team (Channel Relationship Managers, Tele-sales support)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce collateral, digital campaigns, and lead generation assets tailored for the channel audience
- Maintain accurate records of partner activity, leads, and conversions in CRM; provide weekly MIS reports to leadership
Who You Are
Experience
- 8–15 years of real estate sales experience, with a minimum of 4–5 years in a 'channel/broker sales leadership role'
- Proven track record of building channel networks for plotted development, township, or large-scale residential/commercial projects
- Strong existing relationships with broker communities in Ahmedabad, across Gujarat, and in key metros pan-India — an established national Rolodex is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated ability to work with and activate **out-of-state channel partners** to sell Gujarat-based real estate projects
Skills & Attributes
- An aggressive, proactive networker — you attend every industry event, know every key broker across India, and build trust quickly
- Strong negotiator with the ability to structure compelling partner propositions
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable with CRM tools, conversion metrics, and revenue forecasting
- Excellent communicator in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
- Willingness to travel extensively across India to build and sustain the partner network
- High ownership mentality — you treat the project's sales targets as your own
Compensation
- Fixed salary commensurate with experience
- Aggressive performance-linked incentive structure tied to bookings and collections through the channel
- Additional rewards for network milestones (partner activation targets, volume thresholds)
