Job Title: Head - Business Transformation (Problem Management & Solution Design)

About This Role:
The candidate must be able to enter any client situation, understand the real problem, structure the engagement, design the solution, lead workshops, guide analysts, and present recommendations to senior
leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead problem framing and diagnosis.
- Design engagement methodology and workplan.
- Lead executive workshops and client conversations.
- Review and shape final deliverables.
- Build the transformation storyline for leadership.
Should be Strong In:
- Business transformation
- Operating model
- Governance and decision rights
- Performance and KPIs
- Roadmaps and business cases
- Executive presentations
Expected Outputs:
- Transformation blueprint
- Strategic problem statement
- Executive presentation
- Roadmap and initiative portfolio
- Decision document for leadership
Backgrounds of Candidates or Consultants we are looking for: (All 3 Points are Mandatory)
- Have work experience on consulting firms like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC Accenture, Capgemini, Infosys Consulting, Wipro Consulting, Tech Mahindra Consulting, TCS Business Consulting.
- Candidates with public sector transformation, enterprise operating model, business architecture, or digital business transformation experience.
- Consultants who have personally built executive decks, operating models, governance models, and roadmaps.
