Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Head, Business Development - West, based in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for devising and executing business strategies, identifying growth opportunities in Industry, and Skilling, and enhancing customer base for the company in all the verticals it addresses. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, dealer expansion, coordinating sales efforts, and leading business development initiatives in the western region. The role requires close collaboration with external and internal stakeholders to meet organizational objectives and enhance customer outreach in Maharashtra and Gujarat.

• Business Planning and Business Development expertise
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Account Management
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
• Leadership skills
• Experience in the education or technology sector is advantageous
• Proficiency in market analysis and strategy development
• Bachelor's or master's degree in science, engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the western region, and as required.

Experience- Preferably 8-10 years
