We need a BD leader who has solid experience in dealing with E-Axle / E Powertrain systems and knows every OEM who buys it, and has built global JVs to make it happen.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Captivate the internal business opportunities - Map and capture all E-Axle / E Powertrain opportunities within the company.
2. Build the Domestic & Global OEM Order Book:
- Engage domestic OEMs for platform RFQs on E-Axle / E Powertrain systems.
- Develop international business with OEMs.
- Own the full cycle - RFQ response → technical alignment → commercial negotiation → contract closure.
3. Build Global JV / Technology Partnerships:
- Identify and structure Joint Ventures or technical licensing agreements with global E-Axle / E Powertrain players to accelerate product readiness and market access.
- Lead JV negotiations end-to-end — partner selection, term sheets, governance, and go-to-market alignment.
- Evaluate co-development and M&A opportunities where relevant.
Must-Have Experience:
- 15–20 years in Automotive / EV components BD — with direct, hands-on experience selling E-Axle / E Powertrain systems
- Proven record of winning OEM platform programs — not just managing accounts
- Demonstrated experience building or executing global Joint Ventures or technology partnerships in the EV / automotive space
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Automotive) is mandatory.
- MBA from a premier institute is highly preferred.
