Head Branding and Manager Branding
DBS Global University is seeking a dynamic, creative, and strategic professional for the role of Head Branding and Manager Branding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, strengthening, and maintaining the university’s brand identity and market presence. This role requires leading and executing branding initiatives, ensuring consistency in communication, and driving innovative campaigns to enhance visibility among students, parents, academic institutions, and industry stakeholders.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive branding strategy to position the university strongly in the higher education sector
- Define and maintain brand vision, tone, and identity across all platforms and communication channels
- Conceptualize and implement integrated branding campaigns for admissions, academic programs, events, and institutional achievements
- Drive creative campaigns to attract prospective students and enhance the university’s public image
- Oversee the development of high-quality branding materials including brochures, advertisements, videos, presentations, and digital assets
- Ensure consistent and engaging brand communication across website, social media, and other digital platforms
- The Head Branding should Collaborate with PR and communications teams for effective media engagement, positive coverage and manage manage media expenses.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors for execution of branding initiatives
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and adherence to brand guidelines
- Support branding and promotion of university events, conferences, and outreach activities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Handle budgets related to branding and promotional activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Branding, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed institute
- For Manager Role: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- For Head Role: Minimum 14–15+ years of relevant experience, with leadership exposure. Experience in advertising companies.
Salary:
- For Manager Role: 10 - 15 LPA
- For Head Role: 25 LPA
