About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Brand Marketing to build and scale a category-defining brand across the luxury and premium segments in the D2C ecosystem.
This role is responsible for crafting a brand that is aspirational at the top and scalable across the premium segment, driving both desirability and growth. You will own the brand end-to-end strategy, storytelling, and execution ensuring a consistent, elevated experience across every consumer touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and evolve a distinctive brand identity across luxury and premium segments
- Build a tiered brand architecture that balances aspiration with scale
- Ensure consistency in voice, visual identity, and storytelling across all channels
2. Campaigns & Storytelling
- Lead the development of high-impact, insight-led brand campaigns
- Own seasonal launches, product drops, and marquee brand moments
- Partner with creative agencies and internal teams to deliver best-in-class output
3. Content, Social & Community
- Build and scale a strong content engine across digital platforms
- Drive organic brand affinity, engagement, and community-building
- Collaborate with creators, influencers, and tastemakers aligned with the brand
4. Consumer Experience & Touchpoints
- Own the end-to-end brand experience website, packaging, communication, and retention
- Elevate every consumer interaction to reflect a premium/luxury sensibility
- Work closely with product, design, and growth teams for cohesive storytelling
5. Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-caliber brand and creative team
- Manage agencies, production partners, and freelancers
- Set a high bar for creativity, execution, and attention to detail
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8–12+ years of experience in brand marketing across luxury and/or premium consumer brands
- Proven track record of building and scaling brands in a D2C or digital-first environment
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and deep understanding of consumer behavior across segments
- Experience leading integrated campaigns, content, and brand strategy
- Ability to operate in high-growth, founder-led environments
