Head Barista / Outlet Manager — Hustle Café, HSR Layout, Bangalore
Hustle is a specialty café in HSR Layout, Bangalore. We are looking for an experienced Head Barista and Outlet Manager to take ownership of daily operations — the beverage program, the team, and the guest experience.
The Role
This is a senior, single-point-of-responsibility position. The person in this role is the primary point of contact for the outlet — managing the floor, the team, and guest interactions on a day-to-day basis. We are looking for someone with the maturity to make independent decisions and maintain the standard of the café consistently.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of café experience, with time spent in a lead or supervisory capacity
- Strong across espresso-based and specialty/cold beverage formats
- Understands recipe discipline — consistency, ratios, and waste management
- Experience training and managing junior café staff
- Handles opening and closing operations, daily inventory, and vendor coordination
- Calm under pressure, with good problem-solving instincts on the floor
- Fluent, confident English and strong interpersonal communication are essential
- Able to represent the brand well with guests at all times
