We’re building a passionate team that thrives on creativity, quality, and warm hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based and specialty beverages.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and service.
- Manage daily café operations (order taking, billing, POS, customer interaction).
- Train and guide junior baristas.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and upkeep of the barista station.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of proven café/barista experience.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques & café equipment.
- Customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Team player with attention to detail.
- Passion for food, beverages & customer service.
- Positive attitude & willingness to learn.
- Content creation is a plus.
Working hours:
- 9 hours a day
- 6 days a week
Compensation:
₹2,64,000 - ₹3,00,000/annum (depending on previous CTC and skills)
