Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Head Barista role located in Nagpur. The Head Barista will oversee daily operations of the coffee bar, prepare exceptional beverages, and ensure the highest quality customer service. Responsibilities include managing inventory, training and mentoring team members, and maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in food and beverage preparation. Creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for both customers and staff is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Barista skills, including coffee and beverage preparation
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, ensuring positive customer experiences
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to lead, train, and mentor team members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a leadership role in a coffee shop or similar setting is preferred
- Passion for specialty coffee and creating memorable customer experiences
