Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Baker / Boulanger located in Hyderabad. The Head Baker / Boulanger will be responsible for overseeing bakery operations, including dough preparation, baking high-quality bread, viennoisserie and cookies, and ensuring consistency in product quality. Additional responsibilities include managing food preparation, supervising bakery staff, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and collaborating with the culinary team to develop new recipes and techniques.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Bakery and Baking techniques specially viennoisseries
- Proficiency in preparing high-quality Bread and Cookies
- Experience with Food Preparation and maintaining culinary standards
- Strong management skills to oversee a team of bakery staff
- Attention to detail and a passion for maintaining quality and innovation
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations in a kitchen or bakery setting
- Formal culinary training in baking or a related field is preferred
- Experience in creating unique and innovative baked goods is a plus
