Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, offering flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. As the Head of Branding, you will be responsible for defining and executing the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and values. Core responsibilities include overseeing brand campaigns, managing creative teams, collaborating with marketing and product teams to enhance product positioning, and analyzing brand performance. You will play a key role in strengthening the brand identity, crafting impactful messaging, and driving customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Brand Strategy, Brand Management, and Identity Development
- Experience with Campaign Management, Creative Direction, and Content Development
- Proficiency in Market Research, Consumer Insights, and Trend Analysis
- Proven skills in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Online Engagement
- Team leadership experience with excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to think strategically, creatively, and adapt to evolving market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Experience in FMCG, food, or wellness industry is highly preferred
