Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for the Head role, located in Ghaziabad. The Head will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, providing strategic leadership, and driving the vision and mission of the organization. Key responsibilities include supervising teams, setting strategic objectives, monitoring market trends, identifying growth opportunities, fostering client relationships, and ensuring high standards of content and service delivery. The role will require close collaboration across departments to fulfill the organization’s goals successfully.

- Solid understanding of Africa’s markets and economic landscape
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in leadership or executive roles, preferably in market research, intelligence, or consultancy
