🔑 Role Overview
We are hiring for two positions:
- Head – Incubator Operations
- Associate – Incubator Operations
These roles sit at the core of IITM Incubation Cell's operations, ensuring seamless incubation processes, high-quality startup support, and efficient infrastructure management.
You will also work closely with the CEO and leadership team, playing a critical role in enabling the day-to-day functioning and scale-up of IITMIC.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
📌 Incubation & Startup Management
- Oversee incubation formalities (onboarding, agreements, compliance)
- Ensure smooth lifecycle management of startups within IITMIC
- Maintain high standards of governance and documentation (data/reporting on the 600+ startups)
🏢 Infrastructure & Co-working Management
- Manage co-working spaces and office infrastructure at IITMIC
- Oversee allocation, utilization and optimization of seating and facilities
- Ensure smooth coordination for access, logistics, and admin processes
🤝 Startup Support & Services
- Coordinate delivery of business support services to startups (mentorship, consultant services, programs, etc.)
- Act as a key interface between startups and internal teams
- Ensure timely execution of operational support
⚙️ Operations & Process Excellence
- Oversee core operational workflows across IITMIC
- Track and improve operational metrics and turnaround times
🧭 Leadership Support
- Work directly with the CEO on operational priorities
- Support execution of key initiatives and internal coordination
- Contribute to strengthening IITMIC’s operational backbone
👤 Who We’re Looking For?
1. Head – Incubator Operations
- 8–15 years of experience in operations / startup ecosystem / program management
- Strong leadership and process-building capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution at scale
2. Associate – Incubator Operations
- 2–5 years of experience in operations / administration / startup ecosystem
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong communication and coordination skills
