Role Summary
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Head of AI to lead the development and deployment of advanced artificial intelligence solutions across Redcliffe Labs. This leadership role involves driving innovation in diagnostics, optimizing operations through AI-driven insights, and building scalable AI platforms that enhance patient care, efficiency, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Strategy: Define and implement AI roadmap aligned with organizational goals and healthcare innovation.
- Solution Development: Lead design and deployment of AI models for diagnostics, predictive analytics, and operational optimization.
- Technology Leadership: Oversee AI infrastructure, data pipelines, and integration with ERP/analytics systems.
- Collaboration: Partner with clinical, operations, and business teams to identify AI use cases and deliver impactful solutions.
- Innovation: Drive research and adoption of emerging AI technologies (ML, NLP, computer vision).
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and regulatory adherence.
- Performance Management: Track AI KPIs, model accuracy, and business impact; present insights to leadership.
- Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing AI/data science team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
- Strong knowledge of AI platforms, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and big data tools.
- Experience in deploying AI solutions at scale in healthcare or diagnostics.
- Proven ability to align AI initiatives with business strategy.
- Experience in leading cross-functional AI projects with measurable outcomes.

- Strong leadership and vendor management expertise.
- Demonstrated success in driving innovation and measurable business impact.
