The Head - Aftermarket Sales will drive revenue growth, profitability, and market penetration for products of Delphi TVS Technologies. This role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, strengthening distributor networks, enhancing customer engagement, and expanding offerings across OEM and independent aftermarket channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute aftermarket sales strategies aligned with business goals
- Drive revenue growth across spare parts, Fuel Filters, Kits and remanufactured components.
- Identify new market opportunities
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
2. Channel & Distribution Management
- Work closely with Authorised distributors to build, manage, and optimize path to market through dealer and retailer networks
- Ensure effective coverage in key markets including workshops, fleet operators, and retailers
- Drive channel partner performance through targets, initiatives and capability building
3. Customer Engagement
- Strengthen relationships with key accounts (OEMs, large fleets, service networks)
- Develop value propositions for customers focusing on uptime, reliability, and lifecycle cost
- Address customer concerns, warranty issues, and service expectations
4. Product & Portfolio Management
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align offerings with market needs
- Support development of aftermarket kits, repair solutions, and remanufactured products
- Drive lifecycle management and pricing strategy for parts portfolio
5. Financial & Operational Management
- Achieve sales target for the aftermarket segment
- Drive appropriate actions on pricing, cost control, and mix optimization
- Forecast demand and ensure inventory availability in coordination with supply chain
6. Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
- Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance management systems
- Foster a customer-centric and performance-driven culture

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Automotive preferred); MBA is a plus
- 20 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive components / diesel systems / fuel injection systems
- Strong exposure to aftermarket business models and distribution networks
- Proven track record in leading sales teams and delivering growth
