Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic "Head -Finance & Accounts" to join our leadership team at Sharda Exports. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial strategy and direction of the organization, driving business growth, Compliance and ensuring financial sustainability. This is a senior leadership position requiring more than 15 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth, profitability, and sustainability.
- Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Lead and manage the finance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities.
- Ensure Tax , GST and other statutory compliances with financial regulations, laws, and standards, maintaining the highest level of ethical standards.
- Evaluate and enhance cash flow management, working capital optimization, and overall financial risk management.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and external partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
- Ability to navigate complex financial landscapes, identifies opportunities, and mitigates risks.
