Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Gurugram for the role of Accounts Manager. The individual will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, leading financial reporting, and managing company budgets. The role includes developing and implementing financial strategies, analyzing financial data to support business decisions, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Finance Manager will collaborate with key
stakeholders to ensure financial targets are met and identify growth opportunities for the company.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop complex financial models.
· Manage capital structuring, cap table maintenance, and equity management systems.
· Accounting & Financial Reporting
· Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in strict adherence to Ind AS, IFRS, or US GAAP.
· Manage daily finance operations, including cash flow forecasting, tax reporting and treasury function.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Educational Background: M.Com or MBA(Finance).
· Experience: 7-10 years in Financial industry eg, Banking etc.
· Strong expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for creating board-level presentations and financial models.
