Company Description
Twilight Grey Care has been created to tackle a major and growing gap in healthcare: the shortage of trained professionals who can deliver high-quality, long-term care for people with chronic and neurodegenerative conditions such as dementia, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's and other diseases which impair cognitive abilities. Within India and many other regions experiencing rapid population ageing, the need for specialized, person-centric care is expanding quickly but remains largely unfulfilled.
Twilight Grey Care addresses this by offering young nursing students structured pathways to obtain professional nursing qualifications with a dedicated specialization in long-term and neurorehabilitation care. A first-of-its-kind Transition Care Centre in Bengaluru will serve both as a specialized service for patients with complex rehabilitation needs and as an on-the-job training platform for enrolled students.
The Transitional Care Centre's core goal is to deliver highly individualized care by carefully identifying the unique needs of each patient with complex rehabilitation challenges and consistently striving for positive, measurable outcomes. Through this approach, Twilight Grey Care aims to define and raise the standards for specialized transitional and long-term care, grounded in innovation, clinical expertise and compassion.
